- Account information: When you purchase a license, our payment partner Polar collects your email address and payment details. We receive your email address and license key for activation purposes.
- License activation: When you activate a license, we record a device identifier and the number of active installations.
- Update checks: The application periodically contacts our servers to check for updates. These requests include your current version number and operating system. No personal data is transmitted.
3. Information We Do Not Collect
We take a deliberate approach to minimising data collection:
- We do not read, store, or process your emails on our servers
- We do not collect usage analytics or telemetry
- We do not track your behaviour within the application
- We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes
Your email credentials are stored exclusively in your operating system's native keychain (macOS Keychain, Windows Credential Manager, or Linux secret service) and never leave your device.

All email data is processed and stored locally on your device. License and billing data is stored securely by our payment partner. We implement appropriate security measures to protect any information we do handle.

We retain your license information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription or request account deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where required by law.
